Shipping

All packages are carefully packed and shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Delivery Confirmation is provided with order, however insurance is not. If you would like to purchase insurance please use the contact us tab for a price quote.
If paying through Paypal, please be sure to double check your Paypal Shipping Address as that is where your order will ship to. We are not responsible for lost items that are shipped to an incorrect address on file.

How soon will my order ship?
Most orders take 7-10 business days to ship. Shipping is an additional 3-5 days. If you have purchase an already made item, it will ship in a shorter time frame however, most items are custom created to suit your little one.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of Gentry California products all sales are final. I stand behind my products 100%. Quality and service are of the most importance to me. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your merchandise, should there be any issues. We are not responsible for usual wear and tear on any apparel. We are not responsible for items that are laundered improperly.

How do I care for my custom shirt or infant bodysuit?
The best way to care for embroidered and appliqued clothing is by washing the garmet inside out on cold on the gentle cycle. After washing, lay flat to dry. Use a warm iron if needed.


PLEASE NOTE: Most pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos. I heat seal all edges of ribbon to prevent fraying and use a permanent adhesive glue to adhere items to one another. Accessories are not intended as toys and children should be supervised while in use.
